Conditions of Accessing
All clients in the Noel Bodycoat Community Aged Care Program must have had an Aged Care Assessment (A.C.A.T.) and if possible a pre-entry interview and introduction.
Services Provided
Provision of support to financially and socially disadvantaged people in rented accommodation who have been assessed by the Aged Care Assessment Team and who require support and assistance to remain in their community accommodation.
Care provided includes: -

transport; |

home maintenance; |

social outings/activities; |

medications; |

health - therapy visits; |

doctors visits; |
